The anti-loose function combines two plates and provides clamping force, saves time in installation, facilitates disassembly, and absorbs tolerances perfectly so that the board and the thermal module can achieve balanced positioning.
By using fully automatic Surface Mount Technology, SMT Spring Lock would be sucked by a vacuum nozzle above and placed on the corresponding tin solder. This fully automated production not only reduces labor costs but also improves production efficiency and provides stable reliability.
